Pembroke Welsh Corgi
I'll try to herd you, gently, by nipping at your heels, this is a compliment not an attack. I want a job, actual purpose, or I'll invent one involving your ankles. The queen kept my relatives, so manage expectations accordingly.
My legs are comically short and my personality did not get the memo. I herd children, other pets, and occasionally vacuum cleaners with real commitment. I bark to communicate, frequently, about everything.
My back is long relative to my legs, so weight management and careful jumping habits matter a lot for my spine. I shed considerably too, more than my size suggests reasonable. Royal blood, it turns out, still needs regular brushing and a weight check.
You give me a job, herding games, training, structured fun, anything that uses my brain. You watch my weight carefully given the whole long back situation. And you don't mind a dog who's technically been in the same family as actual royalty.
Queen Elizabeth the Second kept dozens of my relatives over her reign. I've never personally met her. I remain, deeply, unbothered by this oversight.
Swipe right. I'm short legged, big hearted, and bossier than my size should allow.
