I brought my rat to the practice and he was seen by Dr Wendy. She was extremely professional and very kind towards my pet. I felt so reassured by her gentle care and expertise for exotic pets. She also explained everything I needed to know very clearly and we came up with a plan on how to treat my pet’s condition. Thank you Dr Wendy! We are very grateful to Dr Bernice & her team in handling the final moments of our pet rabbit last week. Although operating hours were over, they squeezed in time to attend to the situation as he no longer could lift up his head. After the assessment, they wrapped a towel over a warm cushion bag for him to lay on. We are touched by their kindness that we feel has made him feel more comfortable 🙏
