Seletar Hills landed-house area; an older, quieter clinic in a quieter neighbourhood.
What this clinic is specifically known for is operating since 2002; broad species coverage including aquatic and exotic pets alongside dogs. The team is veteran clinic with a particular comfort around mixed species. At the consultation, ask what the findings mean, which options are available and what should prompt a follow-up.
On hours and scope: daytime clinic, mon-sat. This is a routine practice. For middle-of-the-night emergencies (collapse, bloat, suspected poisoning, anything that needs a CT scanner before sunrise), the call is to one of the 24-hour A&E hospitals on the emergency list, not here. For everything else (vaccination planning, sterilisation, the lump you noticed at the weekend, health changes in an older dog), this is the kind of practice that earns long-term trust.
Who this clinic suits: owners in the Seletar Hills catchment who want a primary vet they can stay with for a decade. Ask whether an appointment is required, request an itemised estimate, and confirm any insurance paperwork or direct-billing arrangements before booking. The address is 24 Jalan Kelulut, Seletar Hills Estate, Singapore 809041, and the booking line is +65 6481 3700.
The small thing nobody mentions: turn up five minutes early on the first visit, with the puppy in a harness if the harness is fitted yet. The first impression of a clinic is largely formed in the waiting room, not the consult room, and the calmer you are on the way in, the calmer the dog is on the table.

Thank you to AllPets and Aqualife for taking such wonderful care of Romeo over the past 10 years. Thanks to their professionalism and dedication, he has overcome major health challenges including kidney disease, gallstones, and even a recent castration that went really smoothly at the age of 10! Special thanks to Dr Federic Chua for being extra passionate and caring during consultation, removing his cavities and squeezing anal glands on the spot 🤣 Today, Romeo remains healthy, active, and full of life!

My doggies have been extremely well looked after by Dr Frederic Chua. And I am thankful for the support he gave to my late golden retriever Million, who passed away at 16 years of age, a week ago. Without his support and love for those pets he treats, it would have been a miserable year for my old faithful pet. Thank you to the team and Dr Frederic. You are possibly the best team in Singapore. My 2 remaining old girls are well, and that’s because of the great care you provide. Thank you 🙏

We brought our cockatoo, Bubu, to Allpets & Aqualife Clinic for crop surgery, and we are extremely grateful to Dr Bhargavi and the entire team for the excellent care provided. The surgery went very well and Bubu’s recovery has been smooth. This photo was taken during one of his follow-up reviews to check on his wound, and everything was healing nicely. Dr Bhargavi was very gentle, patient, and thorough in explaining Bubu’s condition and progress, which gave us great peace of mind. The service at Allpets & Aqualife is truly excellent. The staff are attentive, caring, and clearly experienced in handling birds. They treated Bubu with so much care and compassion throughout the entire process. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable avian vet. Thank you, Dr Bhargavi and team, for taking such great care of Bubu.

How this clinic compares nearby
The things that decide where you actually drive are whether they can see you now, whether they take walk-ins, and whether the tests can be run on site instead of sent away. Here is Allpets & Aqualife Clinic against its closest neighbours on exactly that.
- A&E means the clinic is set up for accident and emergency, not just consults.
- In-house lab and imaging means bloods and X-rays happen in the building, so you get an answer the same visit.
- Price band is a relative guide, not a quoted fee. Ask the clinic for the current consultation price before you travel.

A blank cell reads "Not confirmed". That means the clinic may offer it, but we still need a reliable source before we say so here.
