Pawsome Spooktober: Paw-lloween Party & Paws & Play Market

A costume to smile at, a new treat to sniff out, and something useful to learn together: Tiong Bahru Plaza's Paw-lloween Party brings a pet-focused weekend to the mall from 16 to 18 October 2026. It sits inside the wider Pawsome Spooktober shopping campaign, which runs from 12 October to 1 November. The market does not run throughout that longer campaign.

Paws & Play Market

Browse pet treats, toys and accessories, with Chewbarka and Tesla involved in the weekend programme. Purchases and workshops have their own costs. The official page does not publish the market's opening and closing hours or its exact floor, so check with the event team before making a special trip. The mall's general opening hours are not a confirmed market timetable.

The dog movement talk runs twice, on Saturday and Sunday. The other two talks are on Saturday at 5pm and Sunday at 4.30pm. The talks are advertised as free. The pawprint workshop is S$35 per frame. The plating workshop and costume contest registration forms were closed when checked on 9 October; contact the organisers about any reopening rather than assuming walk-in places.

The Cutest Paw-lloween IG Photo Challenge

This is an online photo competition, separate from the live costume contest. Submit between 16 October, 12am, and 18 October, 11.59pm. Dress your pet comfortably, take a photo and send it by WhatsApp to Chewbarka at 8040 6965, with TBPPawlloween, your pet's name and your Instagram handle. Follow @tiongbahruplazasg, @chewbarka.sg and @teslamotorssg.

Nine shortlisted entries will be notified by Instagram message by 23 October. Public voting runs on Tiong Bahru Plaza's Instagram from 24 October at noon to 1 November at 11.59pm. The three most-liked entries each receive a S$50 FRx gift card, a carton of Chewbarka pet milk and a Tesla Mini Dog Mode figure. Winners will be contacted by 6 November.

Multiple entries are allowed, but each participant can win only once. The rules exclude inappropriate, copyrighted or AI-created entries. Read the organiser's full competition terms before submitting. Voting dates are not additional days of the physical pet fair.

Goodie bags and pet bibs

The qualifying mall spending period is 12 to 18 October, with redemption during the party on 16 to 18 October. Spend at least S$30 in one transaction at a participating FRx store, and make a purchase from a pet vendor at Paws & Play Market. Purchases at the market's food and beverage booths do not qualify for that second condition.

Scan the same FRx account and retain your receipt or transaction proof for the event redemption booth. The goodie bag and/or customisable pet bib is limited to one redemption per member per day, while stocks last. A reward is not guaranteed simply by attending.

Getting there with your dog

Tiong Bahru Plaza is at 302 Tiong Bahru Road, Singapore 168732. The published TIONGBAHRU10 code gives 10% off qualifying pet-friendly Grab rides to or from the mall, capped at S$3, with two redemptions per user on the eligible four- or six-seater service.

A separate promotion from 12 October to 1 November offers a 15% pet-friendly ride voucher, also capped at S$3, after S$30 of qualifying single-transaction FRx spending. Redeem that voucher at the Level 2 Concierge; availability and the organiser's conditions apply. It is not the same offer as the 10% code.

Other campaign rewards

From 12 October to 1 November, the Trick or Treat scratchcard promotion requires S$80 across no more than three same-day, same-mall transactions, with the terms specifying at least S$20 per transaction. Rewards vary according to the card drawn and additional spending conditions. There is a limit of one card per member per day, while stocks last. FRx app eDeals are scheduled for 12, 19 and 26 October at noon, at 100 points each. These are shopping promotions, not separate dog gatherings.

A comfortable outing matters most

Bring water, a lead and clean-up bags. Allow space around other dogs, choose comfortable costumes, and be ready to shorten the visit if your dog finds the crowd too much. The event invitation does not establish pet access to every shop or indoor area. Confirm the access route, activity location and any requirements with the mall before visiting.
