Matching costumes, a little Halloween imagination and a pet who feels comfortable in the spotlight are the spirit of this live costume contest. Judging covers cuteness, Halloween spirit, creativity and originality, with bonus points for owners who dress up too.
Time and entry status
Saturday 17 October 2026, 7.30pm. Registered participants must report to the registration booth by 7pm for registration and briefing. An end time is not published.
The official registration form was closed to responses on 9 October. The event remains on the mall's programme, but do not assume walk-in participation or describe this as confirmed sold out. Ask the organiser about entry availability and any entry fee.
Prizes
The advertised first prize includes a S$300 FRx gift card, a four-month milk or Oi Kitty Litter subscription, a Tesla Glow Lantern and participating-brand products. Keep the costume comfortable
Choose an outfit your dog can move, see and breathe comfortably in. If dressing up or the crowd is stressful, the competition is optional. The online photo challenge is a separate activity with its own submission and voting rules.

The venue is Tiong Bahru Plaza, 302 Tiong Bahru Road, Singapore 168732. The programme does not specify the activity's exact floor or booth: check with the organiser before heading over. An invitation to a pet event does not mean every shop or indoor area admits dogs. Bring water, a lead and clean-up bags, and give your dog space if the crowd feels overwhelming.
