Build a training practice plan

A dog focused on its owner during a training session at an HDB void deck

Three questions and you have practice ideas, scaled to the time you can actually give it. No app, no sign-up needed. Print it, stick it on the fridge, and pair it with the training guides when you want the detail.

The four practice sets organise ideas, not a deadline for progress. Nothing advances by date. Repeat or skip steps to suit your dog. Available time includes breaks, and age groups are planning labels rather than clinical categories.

For distress, aggression, sudden changes or difficulty being alone, contact your vet and choose appropriate behaviour support.

1 How old is your dog?
2 What are you working on?

Pick as many as you like. The plan rotates through them.

3 How much time each day?

Keep your suggested goal, choose the remaining answers and your plan appears here.
