🌳🎄Tampines Boulevard Park consist of an east section and a west section separated by Tampines Ave 12. 🌿It's another green space within Tampines estate. 🏠The Park's west section sits directly beside residential area. 🚴A network of tri-colour cycling and jogging paths wound around the entire Park. 🌿Open lawns featured prominently around the entire Park. 🪵🧗🪣Features at the West section includes a Sandplay Area with swings and rock wall, Playground for children that include a prominent dragon head slide, Fitness Corner, colourful Children Cycling Track, Elevated Garden for biodiversity and rocky Bioswales to manage rainwater. 🐈⬛🌿🧺The east section is largely made up of hilly slopes and grassy mounds. 🌿🌱These expansive open green spaces are tempting to having picnic in such a lovely setting. But, the grounds could be sunny due to the lack of surrounding trees 🌿🌹🪨Bioswales are located around the perimeter low areas to manage rainwater runoff. 🧗🐈🪵There is a log-themed Nature Playgarden for children to have fun, an expansive Dog Run for our furry friends, and a three-station Fitness Corner under the MRT track. 🚊🚍How to get here: Bus service 15, 129, 298, 299, 969 stop right at the Park entrance. Nearest MRT is Tampines MRT Station. 🌳Fun fact: Tampines was named after the tempinis tree, which was found in the area.

Tampines Boulevard Park is an excellent open space for the whole family. Lined with planty of flowering shrubs and tracks around the park, I can take morning or evening stroll to enjoy the beauty and peace of nature---about 1,000 steps one way along the track. It is also a good place to stay fit by jogging along the track. There are different sections for kids to play with sands or exercise. And best of all, I saw some families brought along their ground sheet and food to have picnic in cooler weather. Well done, park planning committee. That's what we need for outdoor recreation and social interaction.
I ran from Bedok Reservoir to check out the newly opened Tampines Boulevard Park, which just launched last week. The place has a great vibe-open spaces, plenty of shaded spots, and a nice mix of greenery. I saw kids having fun at the playground, and some were even trying to fly kites, which added to the lively atmosphere. Halfway through, I stopped by the ice cream shop in the middle of the park and grabbed a sea salt cone. It was just the right treat to cool down after the run. The park is a great addition to the area-perfect for a casual day out or just to relax.
Tampines Boulevard Park is nestled between new and upcoming housing developments and complements other green spaces in the area such as Tampines Eco Green, Sun Plaza Park and Tampines Park Connector.
