Stella Seaside Lounge at 11 Changi Coast Walk offers designated outdoor pet seating. Its Sofa Lounge booking is unsheltered, and the operator cannot guarantee a covered replacement if it rains. Dogs must stay leashed, and a mat or towel is required on furniture. Weekend and public-holiday sofa bookings have a S$150++ minimum spend per sofa; check the precise terms before reserving, including cancellation and cleaning charges. Choose a visit that suits your dog’s tolerance for an exposed coastal setting, bring water and an exit plan, and do not assume the pet invitation covers every dining area or pool.

If you love the sea, this is a cool place to relax and chill. Prices are on the high side ($5 for a soft drink) but the quality of the food makes up for the price paid. We had the burger, fish and chips and shared the chicken wings. Staff is attentive and polite. Do make reservations cos even on a Wednesday evening, it was pretty packed with customers.
A friend brought us to this seaside, poolside restaurant, and the setting was truly beautiful. Dining by the pool while watching the sunset made for a very pleasant and relaxing experience. We ordered a variety of dishes, and overall the food quality was decent. However, the portion sizes were relatively small, and prices were on the higher side. Beer prices were comparable to those at a hotel. That said, given the ambiance and location, the pricing was not entirely unexpected, and the environment certainly added to the overall experience.
We had seafood dishes. In general it's good. The toast is not okay and not crunchy. Hope they will use other bread. The outdoor view was spectacular! Enjoyed the chatting nosie, music and wind near the seaside. Come early to secure the carpark slot (before 6pm) if you drive.
