i went here the other day and noticed the poor enclosures for the hamsters, they only had minimal bedding and food with nothing else inside like a house, chew toys, a wheel and I can't recall if there was water. This is vastly different from the other PLC near me, the hamsters seemed stress like they wanted to get out. in addition the tanks they were kept in were very small, but one had two hamsters with a thin glass/plastic dividier dividing the small tank to even smaller sections hamsters are territorial and are not even meant to see wach other let alone be that up close
staff were very attentive to notice that I was struggling to activate VIP account, offered to help, and gave lots of free stuff that were being cleared to try. staff were all very helpful and kind!
