Before you go
The morning’s plan
The walk is accompanied by performances, games, disability-simulation activities and an exhibition. The published route is 3km, not a choice of 3km and 5km routes.
Registration
Participants aged four and above need paid registration. Children under four can attend free without participant entitlements. Check availability and collection arrangements directly; the advertised early-September collection dates have already passed.
Weather and preparation
The FAQ allows pets and strollers, but says there is no bag deposit. Light rain may not stop the walk; heavier weather can delay or cancel it. Check the latest organiser update before travelling.
UDO’s take
A charity walk is still your dog’s walk. Bring water, keep enough room between dogs and be ready to shorten the outing if yours needs a break.
