Never place your pets here! I saw 2 Aussie Shepard, 1 Samoyed and 1 black dog..all adult size dogs off leash and running away from a girl managing them without leashes. They ran on to the middle of the road. She didn’t even panic or do anything. I cant imagine if that was my dog and when I go pick him up, they tell me he was hit by a car or worse, dead. It was a Saturday 30 May and the streets were so busy with cars!! Whether it’s your dog or you are pet sitting, let alone a doggy day care, you should never off leash dogs along the road. Absolutely irresponsible! Would never leave my dog here!!

We love sending Yuki to The Bears Day Out! We’ve been engaging them for daycare ever since they started. Their commitment and love for the dogs they take care of is above and beyond!

We absolutely LOVE The Bears Day Out! Butter and Misty have stayed with them multiple times, and we definitely 100% trust them with our dogs. Constantly updating us during the stay. Photos, videos, little notes about what Butter and Misty were up to - it made us feel so at ease knowing they were in such good hands. Butter and Misty are always soooo excited to go back. They literally stop and stare at every van on the street, just to double check if it’s the Bears Day Out pickup. Thank you to the amazing team for loving our dogs like your own. Can’t recommend them enough ❤️.
