Engaged Pupperton Hotel last minute for an unexpected 1 night pet boarding. The team is very professional and gentle to meimei during her very first boarding experience. Received regular picture and video updates, able to view through CCTV at night. Very pleasant experience dealing with the team throughout the whole process! Highly recommended. We boarded Axel at Pupperton Hotel during our holiday and honestly, we were quite anxious at first. He was so unsure on the first day, which made it even harder to leave him. But within just two days, everything changed - he completely settled in and looked so comfortable, almost like he was at home. The team clearly gave him a lot of attention (and plenty of massages!), and it really showed in how relaxed he became. What gave us the most peace of mind was the CCTV access and frequent updates - being able to check in anytime made a huge difference. Overall, we’re really grateful for the care and professionalism. It turned what could have been a stressful experience into a very reassuring one. Highly recommend and we would definitely board Axel here again.

I’ve been sending my dog to Pupperton whenever I travel, and I always have complete peace of mind leaving him in their care. 🐾 They provide regular updates and videos throughout the day. The environment is clean and well-managed, and they ensure the dogs get regular walks and playtime. My dog always looks happy and well-socialized, clearly enjoys playing with the other dogs there. I love how attentive and communicative the team is - it really feels like they care for the dogs as if they were their own. Highly recommend Pupperton to any pawrent looking for a safe, caring, and fun place for their dog!
