We used Pampered Pets (Singapore) together with Departure Pets (Australia) for our pet's relocation from Singapore to Melbourne (including Quarantine) and then onwards to Sydney and we couldn't be happier with the experience. They offered the most competitive quotes by far without compromising on service. Communications from Carol and the Departure Pets' team was excellent, Carol is always very quick to respond to my queries and we received updates at every step of the journey which gave us great peace of mind. And Raymond was always on time to pick up our pet for his multiple vet visits. Most importantly, our pet was well looked after throughout the entire process. A truly professional and caring team. Highly recommend their services to anyone relocating their pets between Singapore and Australia.

We recently moved our boys from Singapore to India. To do so, we engaged Carol and her team, who really helped us navigate the complex administration and logistics of it. Carol was also very flexible in meeting our unique requirements as we scheduled our own move. Both boys arrived safely, in high spirits, and in good health. It was seamless. Thank you for reuniting us! 😊👍🏼

Our Shetland Sheepdog has stayed at Pampered Pets Hotel every time we have traveled for the past two years. Carol and her team will always look after him and send updates. It's a place we can trust! Ultimately, when moving to US we contacted Carol and used Pampered Pets relocation services to bring our dog from Singapore. Everything was taken care for us, full service. Our dog arrived well and without delays. And we even had the chance to try and choose the right size crate before his trip. We are very thankful for all the services from Pampered Pets. We and Striker will miss it!
