I’ve left my dog, Jake, with One Pawcent on two separate occasions, and each time has been nothing short of exceptional. The shop is run by Gary and his wife Kelly, together with their two adorable Pomeranians, and you can immediately feel the genuine love they have for animals the moment you step in. The environment is clean, safe, and very well-maintained, and they make sure every pet feels at home. Jake settled in quickly both times, something that rarely happens elsewhere, which really shows how patient and caring they are with the animals. What I appreciate most is the peace of mind they provide. Owners can truly trust them with their pets. They keep you updated, they pay attention to every detail, and they treat every dog like their own. First time sending my pup to boarding and I’m glad I chose One Pawscent!! Stumbled upon their page and went for a visit, resident poms are friendly and affectionate ☺️ a plus when my furkid is also a pom as she gets along well with them One Pawscent has an awesome and spacious play area, spacious rooms that is also sparkling clean What impressed me the most is the amount of patience they have for my furkid as she is young and tricky to handle yet they showed her so much love and care that she eased in quickly Also appreciate the daily updates provided! Gary and Kelly are great people that genuinely care for every furkid that are in their care Highly recommend! Will definitely be back for grooming as well :)
