A visitor account dated 24 May 2026 reports dining with dogs but being allocated exposed tables away from the sheltered fan area. Treat that as a practical warning to verify your actual table, not proof of an unchanged universal rule. The previous promise of shaded pet seating and supplied water was not established. What the current evidence changes
Capella’s reviewed policy limits pet numbers and size and requires accompaniment outside. Sofitel’s FurKid offer explicitly welcomes dogs of all sizes but its additional-pet wording needs confirmation of the final number and price. Neither is a blanket cat or pool-access guarantee.
